Auditor

Paul was trained as an auditor EFQM/INK. In his turn, he trains teams that audit the educational quality assurance of institutes for higher education in the European Union.

Coach

Incidentally, Paul accepts an assignment as executive coach.

Columnist

Paul wrote regular columns for newspapers and for a periodical ‘Art and Science’.

Consultant

Principal domains of interest: organizational development and leadership issues. more info

Entrepreneur

Paul received a reward for entrepreneurship; he is now owner and ceo of a modest consultancy company called Sensation & Reflection.

Executive

During most of his career, Paul was managing director of a not-for-profit educational institute as well as a profit oriented conference center and hotel.

Non-executive

Paul served as non-executive member and chairman of the Board of a bank (RABOBANK Amersfoort and environment) during 12 years.

Professor

  • Senior lecturer at the professional universities of Utrecht and The Hague (The Netherlands)
  • Visiting professor at the professional university of Arnhem-Nijmegen (The Netherlands)

Speaker and chairperson

Paul is frequently asked as a speaker or chairperson. It was his honor to chair e.g. great conferences with the late professor Donald Schön (on ‘Learning Like a Professional’) and with professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (on ‘Flow’).

Trainer

Paul is ‘in flow’ when training groups in subjects and skills which are in line with his own experiences. He developed the following training courses and workshops:
